We are regularly using following 2 materials for hoodies; nobody will share technical information with their clients, but we are very clear with our customers and always help them to find better option. You can find below difference in 2 types of fabrics;

1.  Carding fleece 80% cotton 20% polyester creates a slightly fuzzier yarn as not as many of the fibers are aligned.
2. Combed cotton fleece 80% cotton 20% creates a smoother yarn as the fibers are more aligned. Combed is the more expensive process as you have higher waste involved than with carding. We are using this fleece for order of around 100 pcs each colors. Cotton fleece – is another common kind of fleece that is available in the market. Cotton is an organic kind of material that is harvested from plants. When made into fleece, they are commonly turned into clothes that warms you up. Cotton or cotton-blended fleece is usually soft and comfortable and is often the material for men’s, women’s and baby garments.
